Serious racers demand high quality and great attention to detail. With this in mind our swingarms blocks are custom machined from the highest grade aluminum 6061 stock and TIG welded for dependable strength. We've developed our design technique and machining process through years of racing experience so we know what works and what doesn't.
Our swingarm extensions are custom milled out of solid billet T-6 6061 aluminum block. We machine these to exact tolerances for an exact fit into your swingarm. All our swingarms are assembled in a swingarm jig, the jig ensures our blocks are installed straight and held in your swingarm while the welding process is taking place. Our swingarms incorporate larger threaded adjuster rod 3/8 for todays high power sport bikes. We have been extending arms since 1995--SO WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING.

We also can supply you with the correct amount of chain you need (see our chain section) and in addition to this we can custom make you a correct length stainless steel braided rear brake line. Basically a ONE STOP SHOP! All stock axles fit our swingarms after we are through, unlike other shops work that leave you spacing or hunting for a shorter axle. Our swing arms come with a billet one piece brake hanger. All late model GSXR arm include our billet brake hanger so there is no need 2 send us your stock hanger. Other models such as Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha require you to send us your stock brake hanger.
