Terms
All purchase over the internet must be paid with a credit card. All orders that do not process due to payment or quantities on hand will be held until payment is made or the order can be filled, all others will be processed and go out on the respected day and arrive using UPS from Cycle Concepts.

Warranty
All products manufactured by Cycle Concepts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credit given at our option. Cycle Concepts makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Cycle Concepts will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, Cycle Concepts products. Use other than specified voids warranty. Any alterations to product or product mounting area also voids warranty. Cycle Concepts products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms of warranty.

Returns
Cycle Concepts products will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within ten (10) days of receipt of product. If return is caused by customer error, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged. Custom made components such as over sized sprockets (55-74 teeth), custom levers and all other materials Cycle Concepts deems custom will not be accepted for return.

Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders will be processed the next business day after the order is submitted and will be shipped out the following business day. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST (noon) on Friday will be processed on the following business day (Monday) with the exception of Friday and Monday being a holiday. All orders must be submitted before 8:00 a.m. EST in order to be processed for the next day. All express delivery’s will be processed same day subject to availability.

Disclaimer
